INGREDIENT FOR MEAT GRAVY

  • Mutton Or Chicken, 1 Kg
  • Yogurt, 250 Grams
  • Milk, 1/2 Cup
  • Salt, To Taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Table Spoon (Heap)
  • Red Chili Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon (Add more if you like spicy but in Balochi food add less as compared to other foods)
  • Whole Spice Powder (Garam Masala Powder), 1 Tea Spoon
  • Turmeric, 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Oil, 1 Cup

INGREDIENTS FOR RAITA

Dairy Yogurt, 500 Grams (more or less its up to you how much u want raita,)
Onion, 1
Chopped Green Chilies, 2 to 3 Table Spoon
Chopped Green Coriander, 2 to 3 Table Spoon
Crushed Black Pepper, 1 Tea Spoon
Salt, To Taste

INGREDIENTS FOR TARKA

Oil, 2 Table Spoon
White Cumin, 1/2 Tea Spoon


Cooking Method

Add all ingredients to the meat and marinate for 2 to 3 hours, then heat the oil & add marinated meat & fry and put it on simmer till tender then fry it on high flame till all oil comes out on top. 

Take a blender jug add 2 to 3 Table Spoon of yogurt and all raita ingredients & blend...now add in the remaining beaten yogurt. 

(Remember never add all yogurt in the blender whenever you make any raita otherwise your yogurt will be watery)

In a serving bowl add raita & Meat (or as you want to add 1st meat then raita on top) Then heat the frying pan add oil and cumin and makeTarka. 

Now pour tarka on the serving dish
